This unique Suffolk period holiday cottage is situated in the centre of a quiet rural village of Stutton, nr Ipswich. It overlooks our paddocks and adjoining farmland, therefore having open views from all the upstairs bedroom windows.

w Spacious double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom w Walk through to another stairway leading up to a bedroom which contains a single bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes w Third bedroom has twin beds, dressing table, fitted wardrobes. A door leading through into a hallway w Leading off the hallway is bathroom with power shower w  Fourth bedroom with single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe


Oil central heating, one bucket of logs, bed linen, towels, tea towels are included

Garden furniture. Ample off road parking.

Cancellation Policy;

  1. Cancellation 6 weeks before arrival date - full refund, subject to a £50 administration fee

  2. Cancellation 5 - 3 weeks before arrival date - 50% refund

  3. No refunds will be given for cancellations 21 days prior to arrival date

Open all year round
  • Bed and Breakfast (continental) from £65.00 per night for double room. (Fully cooked breakfast can be ordered).

  • Self catering (to book the cottage per night) for one to 6/8 people, supplied with local produce for breakfast.
    November to February: £90.00 per night plus £20.00 each extra person.
    March to October: £110.00 per night plus £25.00 each extra person.

  • Self catering holiday let;
    available for short breaks, weekly and long term bookings (2 person discount)
